wrong label
i put wrong labels on 2 items. both buyers are cool with me sending them the correct item. we put in for a return..i have both items back ready to go but now ebay wants me to refund buyers when all i wan to do is print a new label and send both out.. doesnt seem to be an option

Mentor2 years agoIf you had the buyers file a Returns Request, you provided return labels, and you now have the items back, you need to refund both buyers. Relist each of those items, send the item number to each buyer. Each buyer now need to repurchase the item and pay. When you create the shipping labels, make doubly sure you affix the correct label to the right item.
