Wrong items shipped
On JAN. 6th FedEx shipped two items they put the wrong labels on the packages (FedEx admits it was there mistake) when the buyers received the wrong items they contacted me and I had them shipped back to me they do not want a refund they want the purchase reshipped to them but eBay wants me to refund how do I get it threw eBay's head they want them reshipped

The best solution at this point is to refund each buyer, relist the items and have the buyers purchase the items again.
If you don't refund now, eBay will take the money
