Wrong item, will not refund just did return to sender when I returned the item.
I had ordered a 20 in Hart blade for my mower. The seller advertised as a 20 in blade but sent me a 21 in blade. I did a return on the item, never opened it, they just slapped a return to sender label on it and sent it back to me. I am trying to figure out the next steps but Ebay is impossible to navigate to file against the seller for a refund in this situation. I looked it up and it says to click on the ask Ebay to step in link but I do not have a ask Ebay to step in link.
