Wrong item was sent but the seller is refusing to accept a return

Baptist care in Perth has ordered a Body Dryer for on of their customer and got it delivered strait to their customer. The customer informed Baptist Care that it is the wrong item which could clearly be seen on pictures, but Baptist care told the customer that the seller and Ebay are refusing a refund and would not take it back. I was under the impression that Ebay is helping their customer when an item has to be returned and it also advertised a money back guarantie of 180 days.

I explained again and again to Baptist care that this item is wrong but I ended up that not one person from Baptist care is answering my phone calls anymore.

The MBG is for 30 days from the time the item is delivered to the address on the order.

Did you buy it from Baptist Care here on Ebay?

If so and you've had it less then 30 days, go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
