Wrong Item Was Sent
A seller did not send me a correct item and is refusing to allow a return or exchange. The seller has been dragging their feet the entire time, and refuses to respond to any messages. I've tried getting ebay involved, but they say its the sellers responsibility to accept the return that doesn't match the description and wont help past that. Is there anything I can do? How does Ebay allow this? If that's the case, I am going to start listing $1,000 cards and sending out $1 cards and then just ignore all the messages.

You have the eBay Money Back Guarantee if you receive an item that was Not As Described. You'll need to provide a photo when you open a return request.
Here are the steps to open a return request:
> Return an item for a refund
> Check the status of your request
> If necessary escalate the request: Ask eBay to step in
