Wrong Item Was Sent

Ordered a Lenox Christmas Ornament that was supposed to be for the year 2011. They sent me 2010. How do I tell them they sent the wrong item. Thanks

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason wrong item sent.
