Wrong Item to wrong address

Question

Mixture machines of different sizes I ordered an item from a buyer. The item was Ninja Mixture machine worth of $150. Since, I recently moved to mew address so I’ve forgotten to update my address, so I canceled it asap. However, seller didn’t replied. I sent him text messages to and he didn’t replied.

I got a notification the next day on my item delivery. However, I saw it was wrong address and wrong item too. The item was of size of mobile phone and I know my previous address didn’t had a pink color door.

I opened a case on ebay but they favored seller seeing the tracking details. Since payment was made through Klarna, I provide them evidence of what really happened too.

I feel so bad for paying for the item that was never delivered to me

Please help me how do I get my refund ?

Buyers need to keep their SHIP TO address up to date.

There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.

Take the tracking number down to your local carrier's office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to you and your address, have the clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake tracking numbers

Include these phrases:

Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
