Wrong item shipped to me.

Question

The wrong item was shipped to me. I contacted the seller and they apologized and said that they did indeed send the wrong items. I was told that if I had a need for the incorrect items, I could keep them and that the proper items would be shipped to me and I would be charged shipping only. The items were supposed to be shipped the day after the MLK holiday. That was the last time that there was any reply from the seller. I would like to talk to a person so that I can tell them that I did receive...

That path of least resistance is to return the wrong items for a refund, the Seller is trying to string you out past the 30 days you are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Here is what we advise members who receive the wrong item:

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
