WRONG ITEM SHIPPED, THEY WONT RETURN IT? WHAT CAN I DO, THR PERSON WHO REALLY BOUGHT IT WANTS IT,
SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM TO A PERSON, THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT THAT ITEM WANTS IT, WONT ACCEPT A REFUND, I HAVE TRIED AND TO CONTACT SOMEONE AT EBAY, WITH NO SUCCESS (THEY DONT MAKE THAT EASY), WHAT CAN I DO???

Sorry, this happened, but there is no point in contacting eBay. They can't force a buyer to return an item any more than you can. Legally, a person is not required to return an unsolicited package.
If the recipient of the item refuses to return it, you'll have to refund your original buyer.

I understand she wants the item, but unless it's something you can pull out of thin air, you can't send it, right?
