Wrong item shipped
There was a glitch with an eBay items sold - it showed the item sold, so I printed the label and sent it, then a few days later a different item popped up with that seller's name and address and the original item was to go to someone else. I only sell a few items a week, so it's not like I got confused about anything, it just didn't come through correctly. Should I ask the buyer that's receiving the wrong item to print the correct label (I can send it to them) or pay to have them ship it back to me the. Ship to the correct person, or something else? This is a first for me.
Also, now my items will be sent late, so I'll probably get "dinged".
