Wrong item shipped
I send wrong item , should I print a new shipping label and sent with the right item… asl buyer to start a return with wrong shipped item ?

Mentor2 years agoHave the buyer file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. You provide a return shipping label, and buyer sends the wrong item back, you refund. You then relist the correct item, buyer repurchases and pays, and then you send the correct item.
