wrong item sent to buyer
I sent the wrong item. I have reprinted a label to send the correct item. Buyer wishes to return the incorrect item and has requested a return label. How do I do that or does he do it on his end?

Mentor4 months agoThe buyer files a returns request for Item Not as Described. You accept and ebay sends the buyer a link to print the return shipping label. Once tracking shows Delivered you have 2 days to refund the buyer. Relist the item and the buyer repurchases and repays, and you send the correct item.
