Wrong item sent to buyer ?
I accidentally sent mixed up the shipping labels and the person who bought the one item would still like to have them.
I did request the buyer to please send the correct person her item but she is stating it will take over a week to ship it out. ( I sent her a prepaid label ) also she is getting a refund because she no longer wants the item.
However the other buyer is patiently waiting. …
I feel horrible ! Any suggestions

The buyers need to send the packages back to YOU, not the other buyer.
You need to send them a return shipping label with your address. When you receive them, you ship the item to the buyer who still wants the item and you can cancel the transaction of the buyer that no longer wants the item.

OP2 years agoOh thank you so much ! I will have her do this ! The one buyer who wanted a refund planned to keep it and they were over $100 designer shoes ?
this was my first sale on eBay . I felt horrible !
