Wrong Item Sent: Buyer wants to keep it
I accidentally sent a buyer the wrong item. I said that I would pay for return shipping of that item to me and send her the correct one. She said that she actually wants to keep the item I accidentally sent but also wants to re-purchase the original item. The item I sent by mistake is much more expensive than the one she paid for and is still interested in. How do I handle a seller situation like this? All feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
