Wrong item sent back to me twice

Ordered an item. When it arrived, it was the wrong one. Opened a case and was refunded my money. Today, the item showed up at my door again with notification that it was an insufficient address.

Now the seller wants to have it sent back.

I can’t get in touch with anyone at eBay for help with this.

Once you have been refunded eBay closes the purchase and can no longer give any more help. If the seller wants the item back they will have to send you a prepaid return label or the money to purchase it yourself. By eBay rules you do not have to return the item.
