Mentor3 years agoHi @roses_red When you can ask eBay to step in and resolve your item Not As Described (NAD) claim, the Ask eBay to step in option will magically appear in your options for the transaction/dispute. Good luck!

OP3 years agoNo, I didn't get the help from seller that I needed. He told me to go get shipping lable for return. Post Office told me it would cost as much to ship as to purchase.

Did you open the Not As Described dispute as @kensgiftshop advised? In a NAD, if the seller refuses to cooperate, then you can cut him out of the deal, ask eBay for the help. After you've patiently waited for three days, click into the case and click the Ask eBay to Step In link. Actually, I recommend waiting four days, to make sure the eBay clock had ticked off enough time. ·3 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
