WRONG ITEM SENT
I ordered a bluray copy of a film called Things to Come and my seller sent me a differant film. When I contacted him, he told me he sent my film to the customer who ordered the film I received. He asked if I would send the film I received back to him and that he would pay me the cost of shipping that I would incur. Do I have other options?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
