wrong item sent
Seller sent wrong item. I opened a case for reimbursement. They stated if i would close the case i could keep the wrong item and they would send the correct item. If i close the case do i still get a guarantee of money back if they don't send the item?

Mentor9 months ago@tracy.net Do NOT close the return request until you are happy. Once you close the case the seller has no reason to send the item. You can not open a new refund request for this item either.
Do NOT let a seller stall you. Has the seller approved the return label yet? If they have then you MUST return the item by the deadline stated.
If the seller has NOT issued the return label yet then wait until you get the replacement item. But do NOT wait longer than 15 days. If the seller still has not sent the new item or a refund then ask eBay to step in and help from the case.
