Wrong item sent
A seller sent the wrong item She wants me to print out a label, package the item and send it to the right person! What!!! I will not do that. Then she says I can return it, but why should I pay for the return when it was her mistake? I have been with eBay for 20 years. In the past although rarely a seller sent the wrong item, they just quickly sent the correct one. Never had to send anything back. This seller will not do that . What are your thoughts. Impossible to contact someone at eBay.

·3 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

OP3 years agoI can’t seem to do that. I repeatedly told the seller it was inconvenient to return the item, but she jumped the gun and sent the code for the return label.
