wrong item sent
I sent the wrong item to two people, What is the best way to fix this? Should I refund all and have them send the items back to me? Can I send them labels to send it to the proper person?

You need to have the buyers ship the items back to you and then you ship to the correct buyers. Not only can you ensure that what is being sent is the correct item in its original condition, but you cannot disclose personal information for a buyer to someone else (such as their address).
