Wrong Item Scam. What do I do?
I mailed a poster inside of a poster tube. Buyer is claiming they received a brand new fishing pole inside of a box, and they slapped my mailing label on the package. I don't have fishing poles at all. Now, they're wanting to return the item when I do not take returns, and I have never owned that item. What do I do?

I would message eBay on their Facebook page. They may advise you to have the Buyer open an Item Not as Described refund request. That would involve him returning the poster in the same condition as sent. If the poster went to New York, it might have gone to a freight forwarder. If so, that might explain the switch in merchandise. Whatever you do, do not refund without messaging eBay first.
This was my reply when this same question was posted in a Facebook group by your sister on Oct 19. Did you message eBay? https://www.facebook.com/ebay
