Wrong item recieved
I purchased a purse, a white coach bag and recieved a totally different one than purchased. Seller had a no return policy. What do I do?

Mentor4 months agoYou can open a case of item not as described through your purchase history. This is a case that the seller cannot ignore. They must accept the return or refund. All sellers are bound by the 30 day money back guarantee. They have 3 business days to either send you a return label or refund outright. If not, go back to the case on the 4th business day and ask eBay to step in and they will force the refund.
No returns does NOT mean no refunds.
