Wrong item received but refund partly
I bought an item from UK seller.
But after i received, it's not the item I purchased.
Seller refund me the price of item.
But without the part of shipping cost and tax, the amount even higher than the item price.
Seller claimed ebay will solf these part.
So I contact Ebay with chat robot, asking for human agent call, experience is terrible.
After very hard long time terrible experience, the robot finally made an agent call arrangement.
I told the agent about the issue clearly, but still waited a long long time(I have no idea about what she is busy on preparing for), then I was told to reach shipping department, becuase this is not the service scope of her.
I said it's really hard to reach ebay agent can you please just rise a ticket for me and ask responser to call me back. She said no such kind of service, I need to call the shipping department and I need to arrange the call through robot on daytime of America. As I want to say more, she just cut off the line.
The service is so bad today.

Mentor8 months agoDid you file an official Return Request on Ebay?
If so, and the seller did not issue a full refund you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP8 months agoThere is no such option right now. Only shows refund received.
Other options: 1. purchase again;2. purchase similar; 3 contact seller;4. return item;; 5. item has not arrived;6 sell similar;7. check all the details.
Sorry, it only shows in Chinese, so I translate.
BTW, I contact ebay few weeks ago, an native American accent lady promise me ebay will deal with that.
However, few weeks later, nothing happened, that's why i try hard to contact again.
What you mentioned has been tried few weeks before. Things just not shown as you mentioned. That's too easy for me to response with such options. Only tricky thing happened, I would bother ebay agent.
