Wrong item received and seller quit talking to me
Seller shipped incorrect item. I notified him right away. He promised to ship the correct item. two months later I still have not received it, and seller now won't respond to my messages

Sorry you did not receive the item you purchased. You needed to file the Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery.
In the future, be cognizant of the time frame for utilizing the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
As previously stated by @rfmtm , you can contact the funding source you used to purchase the item. Not all companies allow disputes in this type of situation.

Mentor1 year agoYou have waited way too long for ebay to help, otherwise you would have gotten a refund. Best you can do now is file a dispute with the payment processor. Do it now.
