Wrong Item Received

I contacted the seller through "Contact the seller" about receiving the wrong item and asked them to send me the correct one. They want me to send them a photo of the item I received. How do I send them a photo through "Contact the seller"?

If the seller doesn't make things right for you then file a return request. Don't let the seller stall you out of the eBay Money Back Guarantee. You have only 3 days from the date of delivery to file a return request for trading cards and 30 days for all other items.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
