Wrong item received
I purchased a Tshirt and received a totally different item. I contacted the seller, they said they made a mistake and to return the item and they would send me the correct item They ended up giving me a partial refund when they received the returned item and said that if I wanted the Tshirt that it was relisted and I needed to purchase it for full price which was even more expensive than what I originally paid. Am I missing something here? Shouldn’t I have received a full refund or at least the correct item that was promised?

Mentor1 year ago@missblackscoven You should have at least received a full refund. eBay can't force the seller to sell the correct shirt at the same price though, I understand that this is frustrating. I'd leave appropriate feedback after you receive the rest of your refund.

This was my first bad experience with buying and I needed some clarity. It didn’t feel right to lose money on an item I never received. Receiving the partial refund led me to believe that the seller was going to follow through on sending me the correct item. I was caught off guard by the suggestion that I repurchase the relisted item without receiving a full refund. Thank you again.
