Wrong item received
I do not live in de US and the seller send my a wrond item. He wants me to return it but its difficult for me cause i live in another country.

Mentor2 years agoYour registration shows you are located in the USA. Did you use a reshipper/freight forwarder in the USA to have the item shipped to you? If so, ebay's Money Back Guarantee does not apply, so it's possible the seller may refuse, or be able to issue a return shipping label that requires you get the item back to the reshipper and have them ship it back to the seller.

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will have to advance funds to you to pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
