Wrong item inside the box
Was delighted to find a product that was no longer available at Walgreens on line.
The product I ordered arrived in the box indicating the item I had order but when opening the box I find a different product inside.
I ordered White Diamonds fragrance, that is what the box said, when opened inside was Curious fragrance.
I have no intentions of returning it because of the time it would take to package it up, go to the post office to mail and pay to return. So my disappointment means that I will not be ordering anything further through this company or person. Really disappointed.

·3 years agoWhen you open a return request, the seller pays the return shipping and you can go online to USPS website and schedule a pickup.
If you receive an item that was not described accurately, you have eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Open a Return Request to the right of the item on your purchase history under More Actions and indicate the reason the item is not described accurately. You will need to include a photo.The seller has three full days to issue a prepaid return shipping label, ( if he wants the item back) or a refund in full. If there is no response from the seller by day 4, return to the case details on your Purchase History under Cancelled Invoices and click on Ask eBay To Step In
