wrong item delivered with no mention of seller
I have received a package form ebay buy the seller has put the wrong item in in by mistake i assume however there is not details on the package to determine which seller it is.
I only have an ebay reference number ? who can i speak to as the ebay bot is useless ?

Check the tracking number on the package and compare it to your outstanding orders in your Purchase History.

I have tried that but the tracking number on the package is a different to the order number in my purchase history ?
Purchase order numbers are 10 digit where as the tracking number i have is like EEUS0253347138AU0

Mentor7 months agoYou should be able to see the tracking numbers in the order details of each outstanding order. eBay used to show the tracking number right on the Purchase History page, but now you will need to check each item individually.
