wrong item delivered and seller wont refund my money
I ordered shampoo from a seller (shipping 509) and they sent me a stinking automobile door handle.. I sent them a message and explained the problem and they offered a refund.. I did not hear anything more and no refund so I went to ebay themselves about the problem.. They will not refund the money because tracking said it was delivered.. I did get a delivery but it was the wrong item... I sent ebay the messages between the seller and me and they obviously can not read because they declined to give me a refund.. how can I make these fools listen?

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item within 30 days. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
