wrong item delivered
i ordered smoking pellets for a bbq pit and got a plastic tote delivered the picture of what was delivered is a red plastic tote. not even close to my order ebay will not let me appeal this . never been treated like this

Mentor8 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

OP8 months agoThey made the decision to close the case. You can see what I ordered and the picture of the tote but they closed the appeal because he had a picture of the item that I didn't order

Mentor8 months agoHis picture means nothing, are you sure you specifically opened a Item Not as Described return, as ebay would not have considered closing it unless seller didn't get the item back within the return window. Are you sure you did not let the return window or case expire without asking ebay to step in? Regardless, file for a refund through the payment processor.
