I'm so sorry this happened. Unfortunately, there's no legal way to force the seller to send you the watch you rightfully won ... BUT you certainly can get a refund, with the seller paying for the return shipping of the wrong watch. Here's what to do:

File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn't provide a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
