Wrong item
The seller sent me the wrong item. I can't return it because only FedEx works here and shipping an item to the States costs between $50 and $100, and the item itself is $10. It tells me to contact eBay.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
The seller is responsible for the return shipping.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
Your account is registered in USA, did you take the product out of the country?
