Wrong item
I have had an item sent to me that is not described correctly, then I have received a wrong item, but he did not reply to me again after we have written together, he acknowledges that he may not have written correctly, but what do I do? should I have dad in the bank so I can get my money back?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

OP3 years agohallo again is not possible to do a item not not as described, the only one you can do is not resived, and return item ?

Mentor3 years agoIf you have the item as your stated, then you can not do a "Item Not Received" dispute. Click on Return and select an "Item Not as Described" reason.
Did you open a previous dispute, return, or select the wrong reason?
How long ago did you get the item?
