Wrong item
I ordered 2 pieces Apple Watch 10 42, but the seller sent me bag instead of watch. They doesn’t accept return request too. I can’t chat with eBay, they let me only call. I’m out of United States. What can I do?

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
