Wrong input for tracking
So when I shipped out the product to a customer, I put in the correct tracking number;however, I put in FedEx when it's suppose to be USPS. now as the seller, I do ny own tracking search and it says my item was deliver to the customers. But since it's on FedEx and not usps, it doesn't show delivered. How do I solved this. HELP... Thanks.

Mentor2 years agoClick the edit link near the tracking number and add the tracking again with the correct carrier.
