Wrong info on shipping label
I sent an item I was selling to a guy on Ebay. He haggled on the price and shipping because he thought the shipping cost were too high and id benefit with a higher profit. I took the item boxed to see if Ebay was correct in cost by the USPS. And YES, the shipping cost were correct. I gave him and additional $25 off the item to help. Then printed the label Ebay provides. AND SHIPPED. $161.00! I followed
tracking and the address he provided was incorrect. The post office showed it could not deliver. NO VIABLE ADDRESS! Now this guy is blaming me! **bleep**!!!! So, I assume it'll be shipped back to me. He thought I should ship via a different address he provided but I said that's not how Ebay works, and I don't get paid till he receives the item. That way he's protected! So am I! Now I assume shipping will have to be paid once more and I'm NOT paying it because of his mis- information. Am I right or am I wrong! This guy's been a pain! What would you do??????

I would refund the buyer IF you get the item back … and then put him on your BBL.
You can consider reshipping the item to him ONLY IF he provides the correct address AND repays you for shipping.

Mentor2 years agoOnce you get the item back, if the buyer still wants the item, s/he needs to repay the shipping as well as giving you a correct SHIP TO address. This can be done if you give him/her your Paypal email address. If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can refund item price only.
