"Wrong Feedback" cannot be removed?
I am needing some help on this topic since I have tried all the options eBay have provided with no resolution in sight. Long story short, my buyer purchases a used laptop, does not read the description I have, and upon receiving the item complains that the laptop does not hold a charge. Now, the second line in my listing description does have NO BATTERY in it with explanation of both the internal and external battery.
Going back and forth in the messages, the buyer agrees to have not read the description and wanting to remove the feedback, but are unable to do so since they are new (19 feedback only) and they haven't done anything of this stuff in the past. I believe the Spanish conversion for the page isn't the best, but I am no expert in this. Any solutions or feedback to this would be highly appreciated

Send the buyer a feedback revision request.

OP2 years ago@lady_madonna Thanks for the reply! I did send them and they told me they declined it by mistake and asked me to send it again. I don't see that option since it's coming revision closed on my end
