wrong email address
Anything that goes to my messaage board is sent the wrong email address. Other things are sent to my correct email address. I have tried for years to have them fix it but they cannot.

OP1 year agoNo. They send messages from members to my old, unused email. Messages from ebay come to my correct email address. I have tried many times and hours to get it straight. I sometimes miss a message that tells me that an item has been sold and for me to ship it. A week later, I get a message from ebay for me to "Do not forget to mail your item". I had an old unused ebay account. That must be the problem. They promised to call back but did not.
