Wrong doing

seams no body wanting to care about sellers or businesses in eBay anymore,
my account was restricted because it was linked to my Ex wife’s business account 😳 can you imagine this situation we have two different completely EIN and states and businesses !!!
called them several time they say well your Ex wife needs to call us for her account that restricted from over a year now because of some tracking number not uploaded.
this is just ridiculous not sure what to do now ??
And one last question why are you holding my payments for something that was shipped and delivered even before this situation for a longtime now ?
my ex closed her company last year and she’s not even doing business with eBay.
