Wrong description vs product

I won an auction on an item marked 3XT as subject, but I asked for a tag photo and it's on 3X.

I would like to cancel the order, but seller isn't wanting too. What's my options. I Hate to ship then return! Waste of time

When you receive the package, file a claim to return it to the seller. No need to open it unless you will be considering keeping it.

@jenileeintn_2 Sellers are not obligated to cancel the transaction at buyer's request. All questions/research needs to be done before purchase.
