This is not eBay and we are not your Seller. Sellers have to ship to the address on file at the time of order or they lose they protection from eBay.
You should message the Seller and ask to cancel so you can update your address and then repurchase the item. The Seller however does not have to hoor the request to cancel, smart ones will to avoid issues down the road. If they ship I suggest getting in contact with whoever lives at your old address and alert them that you are expecting a package and that you will pay them to ship it to you.
