WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER BUYING ITEM

Hi I need help. I bought and item from england, and after a few days i realize the address number was wrong. Seller couldnt change de adress, me either. The item was returned to the international HUB. Ebay wont give me a solution, i can only chat with the automated chat. i need help please!!!

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Since the seller used ebay International Shipping, you should receive a refund.
