how i can receive my payouts? by mistake i registered under wrong address ( US address) actually this is my shipping address. i am resident of another country. by mistake i registered under US address and country name ,but my bank account it in Canada. how i can change country name in my regisrtation form and receive my money. i never received payouts from ebay for almost 1 year since account was opened . need help.
