wrong country name upon registration. cant receive any payouts because of this.
how i can receive my payouts?
by mistake i registered under wrong address ( US address) actually this is my shipping address. i am resident of another country. by mistake i registered under US address and country name ,but my bank account it in Canada. how i can change country name in my regisrtation form and receive my money. i never received payouts from ebay for almost 1 year since account was opened . need help.

Sellers have 5 addresses to set up and in order to change one you have to ADD a new one and then delete the old one. The "EDIT" function on the address page does not change in eBay's core programming for some strange reason.
You may have to speak with eBay directly since it has been a year without getting paid.
I assume eBay accepted your Canadian banking information?
Just to warn you, hopefully you can get things straightened out for the future but there might be some payouts that you cannot recover through eBay. Here in the US each State has an Escheatment process that may apply to unclaimed (or unreceived) payments so the funds have to be pursued outside eBay. I am not sure if that is something done in Canada or not. I am also not sure if your US shipping address would let you pursue the Escheatment process via the State the address is in since you are not a citizen of the US.
