Wrong collection address for DHL parcel collection.

Question

Hi,

DHL are due to collect a parcel for an item I have sold.

However, the collection address for DHL is my old address from nearly 5 years ago. I have checked my personal details on my eBay account and this shows my current address so I am not sure why my old address is showing for collection.

I have been trying to sort through eBay for hours (all I get is the automated assistant) and I have contacted DHL but they say I need to sort with eBay and they cannot update the collection address.

Any ideas what to do? Should I get the buyer to cancel the order?

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
