Wrong charges for eBay Std Envelope
Just purchased postage for eBay standard envelope (1oz) for sportscard. It's July 12 charges should have been .69. The printed label says .69 . EBay charged me .74 which is TOMORROW's new USPS rate. All I get from customer service is an argument. Looks lik they jumped the gun. Anyone else notice this?
