Wrong cancellation
Hi…I cancelled the wrong purchase. I tried to change the cancellation, but it won’t let me. Is there a way to get a hold of a real person? I feel so bad for the seller, and I want to fi it If anyone knows, I’d appr3ciate a response…thanks!k

Mentor6 months agoeBay has nothing to do with stopping cancellation requests. When you click on cancel it is up to the seller to accept the cancellation or reject (or ignore) it. So you would need to contact the seller to ask if they will ignore the cancellation request.

OP6 months agoThanks for response. The seller said he talked to eBay, and I had to get back to them. I could only get the AI robot, and they wouldn’t let me do anything. He already shipped it, but it isn’t arrive yet. Can he still decline it, and if so, what happens next?
