Wrong amount shown as total of item sales

Question

Good day all,

How do we resolve a mess up in the amount total of items sold in my seller account? I sold about $580 ($16 more if you include shipping costs), but ebay has my total as $712. Anyone know why that might be? Anyone know how I can resolve the difference? At some point I was about to sell an item but then I cancelled that auction to give the item to a friend. Could ebay count my cancelled auctions as a sale?

Thanks!

Thank you, very helpful. Yes, I was looking at the 90 day total on the home page and do have some active auctions/sales. That adds up!

@kostso-68

Are you looking at the 90 day running total on your home page? If so, this total includes shipping and tax, and will include unpaid items as well as refunded purchases. A cancelled item never purchased would not be included.
