Wrong amount for positive feedback
Hi everyone, I'm hoping to find out why my positive feedback numbers do not tally up correctly. This has happened on more than several occasions and I just took the hit. This time I got 4 positives (from 4 different people) and it only registered 2. Getting a little old now as my number should be a fair bit higher by now. I've kinda had enough. I did send a comment regarding this but not really expecting anything from it. Help. Sincerely, Tee

If you sold (or purchased) items to (or from) the same member during the same calendar week (Mon to Sun) … then your Feedback Score will only be increased by one point for those items.
[I don’t believe it matters when the
feedback is left … only when the transactions occurred.]

OP2 years agoHi house*of*paws (great name btw), I went back and double-check. Nope. All different and new buyers.

Mentor2 years agoIf a buyer leaves feedback for multiple items within the same week, ebay only increases the count by 1. Did 2 of those 4 buyers who left feedback leave a feedback earlier in the week?

OP2 years agoHi disneyshopper and thanks for reaching out. I had another look and none of them were repeats. All new, individual buyers.
